Chennai Youth Fest – Terms & Conditions
1. General
- The Chennai Youth Fest is organized for the purpose of youth engagement, empowerment, and spiritual enrichment.
- By registering and participating, attendees agree to abide by all event guidelines and instructions from organizers and volunteers.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, activities, or venue if necessary.
2. Registration
- Registration is mandatory for all participants.
- Each participant must provide accurate personal details during registration.
- Entry will be permitted only upon verification of registration via confirmation message or pass.
- Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Participation Rules
- Participants must maintain discipline and behave respectfully with staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the event.
- Instructions given by the organizing team must be followed at all times for safety and smooth functioning.
4. Carnival & Activity Zones (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
- Participation in games and activities is at the attendee’s own risk.
- Attendees must follow safety instructions for each activity or game booth.
- The management is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence or misuse of equipment by participants.
- Queue discipline must be maintained at all activity counters.
5. Safety & Security
- Security checks may be conducted at entry points.
- Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, alcohol, drugs, or any hazardous material.
- Any medical conditions must be communicated to the organizers beforehand, if relevant.
6. Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for their personal items.
- The organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7. Photography & Media
- The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.
- By attending, participants grant permission for their images and videos to be used in event-related media.
- No compensation will be provided for such usage.
8. Minors
- Participants below 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety and behaviour of minors under their care.
9. Health & Emergency
- In case of medical or emergency situations, participants must immediately contact event volunteers.
- The organizers may arrange basic first aid but are not responsible for underlying medical conditions.
10. Rights of the Organizers
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or expel any participant for violation of terms.
- The event may be postponed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances; information will be provided in such cases.
- Decisions made by the organizing committee are final and binding.
