Chennai Youth Fest – Terms & Conditions

1. General

  1. The Chennai Youth Fest is organized for the purpose of youth engagement, empowerment, and spiritual enrichment.
  2. By registering and participating, attendees agree to abide by all event guidelines and instructions from organizers and volunteers.
  3. The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, activities, or venue if necessary.

2. Registration

  1. Registration is mandatory for all participants.
  2. Each participant must provide accurate personal details during registration.
  3. Entry will be permitted only upon verification of registration via confirmation message or pass.
  4. Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Participation Rules

  1. Participants must maintain discipline and behave respectfully with staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees.
  2. Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the event.
  3. Instructions given by the organizing team must be followed at all times for safety and smooth functioning.

4. Carnival & Activity Zones (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

  1. Participation in games and activities is at the attendee’s own risk.
  2. Attendees must follow safety instructions for each activity or game booth.
  3. The management is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence or misuse of equipment by participants.
  4. Queue discipline must be maintained at all activity counters.

5. Safety & Security

  1. Security checks may be conducted at entry points.
  2. Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, alcohol, drugs, or any hazardous material.
  3. Any medical conditions must be communicated to the organizers beforehand, if relevant.

6. Personal Belongings

  1. Participants are responsible for their personal items.
  2. The organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Photography & Media

  1. The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.
  2. By attending, participants grant permission for their images and videos to be used in event-related media.
  3. No compensation will be provided for such usage.

8. Minors

  1. Participants below 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  2. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety and behaviour of minors under their care.

9. Health & Emergency

  1. In case of medical or emergency situations, participants must immediately contact event volunteers.
  2. The organizers may arrange basic first aid but are not responsible for underlying medical conditions.

10. Rights of the Organizers

  1. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or expel any participant for violation of terms.
  2. The event may be postponed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances; information will be provided in such cases.
  3. Decisions made by the organizing committee are final and binding.
